Paramedics at Ohio Ambulance are tasked with treating and transporting a diversified population of individuals with some of the most severe chronic and acute health conditions. • Typical starting range: $29-$35+ per hour, depending on experience and certification

  • 3rd shift
  • Early morning shifts

  • Weekends (beginning Friday evening)

• Provide safe, professional, and compassionate patient transport services
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, dispatch, and healthcare partners
• Maintain accurate trip documentation and patient care reports

• Assist with patient movement, equipment setup, and ensuring comfort at every destination

• A current Ohio Certified Paramedic or actively enrolled in school

We provide comprehensive orientation and field training for recent Paramedic school graduates. You’ll be paired with a Field Training Officer who will ensure you’re confident and comfortable in your role before working independently.
