Job Details:
Kettering Health Dayton l Dayton l PRN l Varied Shifts.

• Inpatient Pharmacist position in an acute Hospital setting.
• Provide pharmaceutical information to multidisciplinary health care team, engage in Kinetic dosing, therapy consults and order verifications.
• Work directly with nursing, physicians and peers to provide acute care services.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Graduated from an accredited school of pharmacy with either a B.S. in Pharmacy or Pharm
  
  D.
• Active State of Ohio pharmacist license.
• Three years inpatient pharmacy experience and/or completion of ASHP accredited Pharmacy residency program preferred.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
