Physical Therapist (PT) - Part Time
Broad River Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Dayton, Ohio Skilled Nursing Facility. The role is part‑time, 20–25 hours per week, with a flexible schedule and a focus on maximizing residents’ functional potential.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat residents under physicians’ orders using a variety of physical therapeutic procedures and assistive devices.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to enhance residents’ functional mobility and quality of life.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to monitor progress and adjust treatment goals.
Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of employment.
- Degree in Physical Therapy.
