Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide quality patient care in a medical facility setting, demonstrating expertise in various medical procedures and treatments. Must have EPIC experience Must have the following requirements:
Pass an online EKG tele competency assessment before starting the assignment must have exp with stable chronic ventilators BLS, ACLS, and NIH. IV Start preferred Nurses will be fitted for N95 before working on the HRRU unit unless PAPR is offered/needed. 1.5 years exp and some level 1 or 2 preferred Travel experience preferred Floating and Other Requirements:
Traveler will be first to float at Premier's discretion. Agency will float in/out of specialty clusters. It will be assigned a medically appropriate assignment or support the nursing care team of the unit floated to, including high-risk respiratory unit/COVID. If assigned to MVH, this could include floating the main campus (Dayton), south campus (Centerville) less than 10 miles from Main Campus, and North Campus (Englewood) less than 15 miles from Main Campus.

Traveler must be available to work every other weekend/holiday. Premier Health reserves the right to cancel 2 shifts due to low census per 13-week contract. Premier Health reserves the right to cancel the agreement with 2 weeks' notice without fee or fine. Responsibilities Administer injections and medications as prescribed

Provide direct patient care in inpatient settings

Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation

Perform Botulinum toxin treatments

Work with individuals with developmental disabilities

Assist in operating room (OR) procedures

Code medical records accurately

Utilize medical-surgical nursing skills

Conduct gastric lavage when necessary Requirements Valid RN license

Experience in administering injections and patient care Familiarity with inpatient care practices

Proficiency in medical documentation

Knowledge of Botulinum toxin treatments

Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities
