$700 Sign-On Bonus
Goodwill Counseling & Wellness team offers an incentive plan to both part and full time Counselors and Case Managers. Team members can earn up to $550 on a quarterly basis.
SummaryReports to the Coordinator of Case Management and works cooperatively with community partners to provide outreach and case management services to persons with mental illness and/or substance use disorders. The ultimate goal of behavioral health case management services is to engage/re‑engage persons with needed community resources.
Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesNone
Education RequirementsMinimum of a bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health‑related field required and some level of licensure in treatment of mental illness or substance abuse preferred. Education related to and experience working with persons who have experienced homelessness, mental illness, and/or substance abuse problems.
Experience RequirementsExperience working cooperatively with law enforcement is preferred.

Employee must maintain a valid driver’s license and a driving record acceptable to Goodwill’s liability insurance provider.

Must maintain the ability to pass a criminal background check and random drug screens.
