Oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance, and reliability of site mechanical and utility systems.;
Supervise multi-disciplinary O&M technicians and coordinate with Qnity, DuPont, JCI, and subcontractor teams on daily operational tasks and safety-critical activities.;
Plan outage, construction integration, and commissioning efforts, including Spring Outage and mechanical tie-ins.;
Ensure proper operation of chiller-associated pumps, glycol systems, piping, and controls; maintain documentation for refrigerant handling and disposal.;
Safety, Compliance & Documentation:
Enforce safety practices, maintain logs and updated mechanical drawings.
