Minimum Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an Engineering Technician program OR currently enrolled with projected completion by Dec 2026 and able to show a current overall grade of 85/100 or better
- Ability to operate basic machine shop equipment
- Knowledge/Understanding of basic electrical circuit theory
- Due to the requirements of our research contracts with the U.S. federal government, candidates for this position must be a U.S. citizen
- Candidate must have or be able to obtain a SECRET level security clearance
- Prior military
- General job experience
- Use of software CAD packages (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics)
- Knowledge/Understanding in radio frequency (RF) electronics (antennas, amplifiers, mixers, filters, couplers, detectors, transmission line cabling, etc.) and RF lab test equipment (RF signal generators, spectrum analyzers, etc.)
- Desire to continue education in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM)
- Welding (special test range fixtures)
