* Required Qualifications:

*** Bachelor’s degree in STEM
* 2+ years of work experience in RF system characterization and measurements.
* Active Security Clearance (Secret or TS/SCI) is required to start.
* Experience should include operating an anechoic chamber to characterize antenna gain, pattern, and polarization.
* Ability to develop test plans and analyze test data.
* Ability to use Matlab to visualize, analyze, and process data.
* Author professional technical reports detailing results of analysis and measurements and give technical presentations.
* Ability to read and create schematics/system block diagrams.
* Familiar with typical RF circuits such as filters, local oscillators, mixers, RF switches, and amplifier chains.
* Working experience with RF instrumentation and components such as network and spectrum analyzers, RF signal generators, power meters, couplers, hybrids, etc.

* Preferred Qualifications:

*** Active TS/SCI.
* Familiar with AESA RADAR principles, waveforms, and techniques.
* Experience with antenna waveform propagation patterns.
* Experience using commercial antenna modeling and analysis software.
