Resonant Sciences LLC is hiring a Program Manager – Advanced Apertures to join our Beavercreek, OH team. This role offers an opportunity to work with a dedicated team that supports the Nation’s war‑fighters and focuses on enhancing performance and profitability.

The candidate will be a self‑starter capable of working independently with little guidance, leading teams of all sizes, interacting with customers, understanding unique technologies, and managing risk, schedule, and profit and loss.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead cross‑functional teams on a diverse array of programs and products while understanding customer requirements.
  • Use proposal plans and strategies to define, develop, and implement cohesive and integrated program/product schedules,(comment) business plans, subcontractor and material management to achieve current and руководитель long‑term objectives.

  • Balance program risks and opportunities with executable strategies to meet technical requirements and budgets.

  • Identify scope changes and develop product/program positions for equitable cost and schedule adjustments.
  • Develop and execute strategies, proposal plans, cost analysis, resource management, and risk mitigation.
  • Develop customer relationships, identify new opportunities, and smart new business within the market/program.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, or master’s degree plus a aceita minimum of 4 years of relevant experience to meet managerial expectations.
  • Majority of experience in a DoD‑related contracting environment.
  • Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft desktop software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
  • Strong knowledge of target customer markets.
  • Skilled in the development and implementation of product/program strategy and tactics.
  • Ability to generate comprehensive program plans.
  • Ability to establish and assure adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements.
  • Ability to understand and analyze program financial data.
  • Ability to lead others in team building, conflict resolution, motivation, leadership, and risk management.
  • Ability to develop and execute proposal plans and strategies.
  • Ability to lead program in customer negotiations and negotiate win‑ Favor solutions.
  • Travel may be required.
Preferred Skills & Abilities
  • Preferably have experience in one or more of the following areas: radome and antenna design and fabrication, custom electronic solutions, RF measurements of materials and subsystems, and Electro‑Optical / Infrared modeling and measurements.
  • 3–5 years minimum in a program management role preferred.
  • Knowledge of Earned Value Management System (EVMS).
  • Ability to develop and implement a product‑oriented WBS and WBS Dictionary.
  • Strong knowledge of government contracting practices and regulations regarding acquisition.
Citizenship / Security Clearance
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Secret security clearance required at the time of hire. Candidates selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
