Radar Engineer, (Engineer Systems
2) – 26019 uires a strong background in radar and RF systems with a focus on research, development, and analysis of advanced radar solutions. Located on‑site at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, OH. This is a full‑time, exempt position with a base pay range of $65,811 – $90,000 per year and a Secret security clearance.

• Research and develop realizable solutions from modeling, simulation, and analysis.
• Provide insightful documentation on analysis findings and new concepts.
• Interact with sponsors to understand program priorities, share analysis results, and introduce new concepts.
• Participate in design reviews, technical interchanges, working groups, and program status meetings as a presenter or reviewer.
• Attend meetings and collaborations at DoD and vendor locations.
• Propose and develop creative approaches for radar processing.

• At least 3+ years of experience in radar or RF systems.
• 2+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s in Physics, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering or equivalent. 6 years of relevant experience with a High School Diploma is acceptable.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Self‑starter – takes initiative to research, learn, and deliver.
• Team player – humble, collaborative, and focused on team success.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance with advanced security checks; minimum Secret clearance required to start.

• 3+ years of experience scripting and coding signal processing and radar domain problems with Python, MATLAB, and MATLAB Toolboxes.
• 3+ years of experience with radar/RF hardware; antennas, phased arrays, digital radar.
• 3+ years of experience with RF test equipment.
