Enrollment Services​/Admissions Advisor, Lake Campus

Job Summary/Basic Function:

The Enrollment Services/Admissions Advisor will provide high quality, efficient, and integrated services and outreach efforts throughout the entirety of the student lifecycle. The Advisor will explain, deliver, and enforce a wide array of enrollment policies and related services in a manner characterized by strong customer service and a student centric approach. Additionally, the Advisor will engage in the recruitment and admissions advising of prospective students to Wright State University, and assist with marketing efforts.

This position is for Lake Campus in Celina, Ohio.

• Bachelor’s degree completed by start date with minimum of 2 years of experience in an enrollment services area, customer service, marketing/sales, or related field. One of those years working with students and can include pertinent experience earned prior to bachelor’s degree completion.
• Demonstrated success participating as a member of an interdependent work team.
• Demonstrated success communicating with students and others about enrollment services or related policies and procedures.
• Valid Driver’s License.

• Master’s degree
• Experience with Salesforce, Slate, Marketing Cloud, Banner or similar complex CRM/ERPs.
