Salary: $18.00~$19.50 / Full Time

• Train and supervise clients with developmental or physical disabilities to acquire the necessary skills for specific job tasks, work routines and personal life habits.
• Assist clients in performing their work responsibilities in a way that fosters independence, develops natural supports and helps to ensure retention.
• Provide daily job skills training with a focus on community employment and inclusion.
• Interact with all individuals in a way that respects the unique needs of all involved and provides meaningful outcomes.

• Experience in special education, developmental disabilities, or a youth-centered field is preferred.
• Professional, responsible, mature, and flexible.
• Knowledge of the food industry, retail, and hospitality services is preferred.
• Maintain daily documentation professionally.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
