MVS is seeking an innovative and culturally inclusive mathematics teacher committed to developing inquisitive, critical thinkers, focused on understanding the ‘why’ behind mathematical principles versus the ‘how’ of following a formula. As a mathematics teacher at MVS, you will primarily teach students in grades 9-12, but could be asked to teach a middle school course or an upper school course that includes middle school students.

Our mathematics faculty work collaboratively across divisions. Candidates should feel comfortable teaching regular and honors level courses in the following areas:
Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra II, Pre-Calculus, Calculus, and Multivariate Calculus.
