Position Overview:

Celina City Schools is seeking a passionate and dedicated Family & Consumer Sciences (FCS) teacher to serve grades 7-8 in  and 7-12 in . The successful candidate will provide students with hands-on learning experiences that build practical life skills, encourage personal development, and prepare students for post-secondary independence.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement engaging FCS curriculum aligned to Ohio Learning Standards.

* Teach courses such as culinary arts, nutrition, child development, personal finance, and career readiness.

* Integrate project-based and experiential learning opportunities.

* Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and community partners to support student learning.

* Maintain accurate records of student progress, grades, and attendance.

* Participate in departmental, school, and district initiatives.

* Promote a positive classroom environment that encourages student growth and respect.

Qualifications:

* Valid Ohio teaching license in Family & Consumer Sciences or Health Education.

* Bachelor's degree in Family & Consumer Sciences, Education, or related field.

* Strong classroom management and instructional skills.

* Commitment to student-centered learning and professional growth.
