CertificationProper athletic certification is required for this assignment, if hired. These can be submitted with your application if complete. Applicants who are not yet certified may apply.
Tools and Permits- Coaches Tool Chest - - $49 fee; will certify you in all needed areas including Fundamentals of Coaching, First Aid for Coaches, Concussion Training, CPR Training, and Sudden Cardiac Arrest Training. This will need to be renewed yearly.
- Apply for or submit a Pupil Activity Permit (PAP) - through the Ohio Department of Education. Price varies depending on the length of permit you qualify for; typically a 3 or 5 year permit. If you do not have an OH-, one must be created for initial access. For more details, please visit the ODE website: (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below).-Permits
- Complete a background check if hired - through Beavercreek City Schools board office - $47.25 fee; cash, check or charge. This can be scheduled anytime by clicking here:
