We are looking for part-time and full-time Assistant Teachers. If you have experience working with children, we’d love to talk to you about a career in early childhood education.
Access to the State of Ohio grant program – qualified candidates can earn an additional $900–$5,000 annually.

Responsibilities of an Assistant Teacher- Establish and maintain a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment
- Support each child’s social and emotional development
- Establish positive and effective family relations
- Work with the lead teacher and the entire faculty as a team
- High school diploma required
- Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred
- Empathy and compassion for young children
- Dependable, adaptable, and collaborative
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and, for Infant and Young Toddler Teachers, properly lifting infants into and out of a crib
- Must pass a FBI and BCI background check
