- Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in supporting student learning and development.
- Ability to follow directions, maintain confidentiality, and uphold professional standards.
- Ability to manage groups of students calmly and respectfully

Preble Shawnee Elementary School is seeking a dependable and caring Lunchroom Aide to support students during the daily lunch period. This position plays an important role in maintaining a safe, respectful, and positive environment for all students.
