$25.00/hr - $28.00/hr

We are looking for dynamic tutors to teach High School MATH and/or ELA Monday-Friday at local Dayton schools during the school day. Hours and days may vary. This is not a remote position. You will be employed by Huntington Learning Center, Gahanna.

• Part‑Time: 20-35 hours a week, Monday-Friday, hours and days may vary.
• Duration:
  December 2025 through June 2026.
• Location:
  
  Dayton Area Schools.
• High School‑aged students, Math (Pre‑Algebra, Algebra 1 & II, Geometry), and/or English Language Arts.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Prior teaching experience preferred.
• Valid teaching certificate preferred but not required.

• With Bachelor’s Degree: $25.00 per hour.
• With valid Teaching Certification: $28.00 per hour.

• Professional team of educators who help make a difference in the lives of students.

• Utilize Huntington Learning Center’s instructional procedures and curriculum.
• Work with the Lead Teacher and Program Director to implement instructional programs.
• Follow school policies and procedures; supervise students at all times.
• Maintain student records of attendance and progress.
• Administer baseline tests at established intervals.

• Adhere to Huntington Learning Center’s mission statement that Every Child Can Learn.
• Possess basic computer operating knowledge.
• Clear background checks and employment eligibility.
