• Practice consists of 3 Doctors. 2 Full-time, 1 Part-time. This is a private Doctor owned group.
• Group has a Retina specialist, high volume potential for Cornea Specialist.
• Large Referral network from all Optometrists in the area, as we have 10-12 in the area that refer to us. Our practice does not do any optical. We have a large cataract patient population.
• Group has 3 offices, the main office is in Springfield, OH.
• Current providers work up to 36 hours a week, with 1/2 days on Fridays.
• Daily volume potential can be 12-16 procedures a day. Group is currently booked up 3 months in advance.
• Typical weekly work flow can be 3 days in a clinic and 1 day in surgery. We are flexible due to the volume potential for a new provider.
• Partnership in Surgery center and Group offered after year
  1. Partnership can consist of real estate, surgery center and practice.
• Base salary+ percent of collections model, full benefits, PTO, 401K match, Med Mal and CME of 3K with CME time off.

• Provide cornea-related ophthalmology services within a private practice setting.
• Collaborate with a retina specialist and other clinicians in a multi-doctor group.
• Manage a patient volume with potential for 12-16 procedures per day, with a workflow that typically includes 3 clinic days and 1 day in surgery.
• Engage with a large referral network and contribute to patient population growth, including a substantial cataract patient base.
• Pursue partnership opportunities in the surgery center and the practice after year 1.
• On-site schedule flexibility to accommodate volume potential and practice needs.

• Base salary plus percent of collections.
