A respected private group in Dayton, Ohio, is seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to join a modern, high-demand practice known for comprehensive care, calming patient experience, and a collaborative, growth-minded culture. The associate will step into a well-supported environment with strong patient flow, advanced technology, and a clear pathway to long-term success.

• Strong patient flow with a supportive, well-run clinical team
• Modern tech: CBCT, digital X-rays, intraoral cameras,
  CEREC same-day crowns
• Sedation available (nitrous, oral, IV)
• Schedule: Mon, Wed, and Thu; 7:30AM - 4PM
• Compensation: 35% of net collections with an initial daily guarantee
• Earning potential: $350k $450k+ based on skill mix and efficiency
• Growth: CE support and a potential partnership track

Provide comprehensive general dentistry (diagnostics, restorative, and cosmetic). Case mix can flex to the dentist s strengths and interests.
