Empire Dental Specialty Group, a premier multi-specialty private practice, is seeking a skilled and patient-focused Orthodontist for a temporary full-time assignment across our Beavercreek and West Chester, Ohio locations. This is an excellent opportunity to practice high-quality orthodontics in a collaborative, technologically advanced environment with an established referral base.

Position Highlights
  • Position Type:
    Temporary (May-September 2026)
  • Schedule:

    Full-time or Part-time (2-4 days per week), with opportunity to turn permanent

    Private practice with a strong PPO and Fee-for-Service (FFS) patient base

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose orthodontic conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide orthodontic care using braces, clear aligners, and related appliances
  • Monitor treatment progress and adjust plans as needed
  • Educate patients on treatment options and oral hygiene
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Collaborate with general dentists and specialists as needed
  • Supervise and support orthodontic clinical staff
  • Ensure compliance with Ohio Dental Board, OSHA, HIPAA, and ADA standards
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and patient-centered clinical environment
Qualifications
  • DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited dental school
  • Completion of a CODA-accredited orthodontic residency program
  • Active or eligible Ohio dental license in good standing
  • Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-provider dental team
  • Professional demeanor and patient-centered approach to care
  • Knowledge of and compliance with Ohio Dental Board, OSHA, HIPAA, and ADA regulations
