Emergency Dental is seeking motivated, patient-focused Associate Dentists to join our Dayton, Ohio clinic. This is an excellent opportunity for dentists who want autonomy in how they practice, access to modern technology, and the ability to significantly increase income through a productivity-based, fee-for-service model

What You’ll Do- Deliver high-quality dental care to patients of all ages in accordance with state licensure
- Collaborate with Emergency Dental providers and staff as part of a primary care team
- Perform comprehensive dental assessments and develop sound treatment plans
- Provide diagnostic and therapeutic dental services
- Educate patients throughout all phases of care on prevention, causes, and treatment options
- Review and maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Address patient concerns with professionalism and compassion
- Lead and support a small clinical team while contributing to a positive workplace culture
- Maintain attendance standards to ensure continuity of patient care
- Uphold patient confidentiality, Patients’ Rights, and all federal, state, and dental board regulations
- Base pay range: $/yr - $/yr
- Productivity-based pay model
- High-performing dentists have the opportunity to exceed $300,000 annually
- State-of-the-art equipment, including digital and intraoral imaging technology
- Freedom to practice your own style of dentistry
- Strong operational and clinical support so you can focus on patient care
- Active dental license in the state of hire
- Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (CPR/AED) certification
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to comprehensive dentistry
- Dedication to diversity, inclusion, and patient-centered care
- Basic computer skills;
Dentrix experience is a plus - Experience with endodontics and surgical extractions preferred
