Job Description
Auto Vision is seeking detail-oriented and proactive individuals to join our team as Customer Data Support Specialists. In this role, you will be responsible for the creation, maintenance, and syndication of all Auto Vision accounts assigned to you. This position requires collaboration with Reynolds associates for software launches and Project Managers who directly communicate with our customers. You will play a crucial role in maintaining relationships with third‑party vendors where our customers syndicate their data and serve as the primary point of contact for any syndication questions during the launch period.
Key Responsibilities- Create, maintain, and manage all assigned Auto Vision accounts efficiently.
- Collaborate with Reynolds associates to support software launches.
- Work closely with Project Managers to ensure seamless communication with customers.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with third‑party vendors for data syndication.
- Serve as the direct responsible individual for addressing any syndication questions during the launch period.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and over the phone, with internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone.
- Experience in data management or a related field is advantageous.
- Work some evenings, up to 8:00pm, as required to meet project deadlines and support customer needs.
- Travel required – 10% or less.
