Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Staffing Specialist to support our Dayton, OH, branch. If you have strong customer service skills and enjoy a fast-paced environment, this Temp-to-Hire opportunity could be a great fit.

  • Pay Rate: $20/hour
  • Schedule: 2nd Shift
  • Employment Type: Temp to Hire, Full Time
  • Hourly Rate Range: $20.00 - $20.00 per hour
  • Benefits: Weekly paychecks, Direct Deposit or Cash Card pay options, Medical / Dental Insurance, vision, life, etc.
Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to associates and clients.
  • Recruit and match applicants to open roles.
  • Enter and manage customer orders in our systems.
  • Navigate multiple platforms including our ATS and Job Stack.
  • Process payroll for temporary employees.
  • Support safety, compliance, and administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • Customer service or sales experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Background Check, Drug Test, at least 18 years old.
  • HS Diploma or GED.
