Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Success Agent. This role will support our focus of ensuring smooth onboarding, strong client relationships, collecting claims insight & successful customer retention. Working closely with our Head of Customer Success, you’ll be working to drive insights, refine new features and create an excellent insurance experience for our users.
This role will:
- Work alongside our end users (agent partners & small businesses) to help them accomplish their goals through our product
- Monitor claims activity and generate insights to the designated stakeholders
- Proactively identify opportunities to better serve our clientele
- Work alongside our renewal team to support customer retention
- Advise and educate customers on tailored options for their business
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and a customer-first mindset.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Comfortable using tech-forward tooling
- Proactive learner eager to contribute to both customer-facing and internal initiatives.
- Prior customer service or client-facing experience is a plus, but not required.
- Insurance license is a plus
