Graphic Designer Marketing Dayton, OH

Job Description:

We’re looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our graphic design team within the Brand Marketing Team. In this role, you’ll support the company’s brand and business goals by creating compelling visual assets across print and digital channels. You’ll collaborate closely with marketers, writers, and other creatives to bring campaigns, products, and initiatives to life, while ensuring brand consistency and high-quality execution.

Design and produce marketing materials across print and digital platforms, including but not limited to:

• Sales collateral, brochures, flyers, presentations
• Digital ads, social media graphics, email assets, and landing page visuals
• Web graphics and UI elements
• Event and internal communications materials

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design work across print and digital channels
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator (XD experience is a plus)
• Working knowledge of digital design best practices, including web, email, and social media graphics
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to receive and apply feedback
