Your Daily Impact

As our next Pressure Washing Technician/Parking Lot Sweeper, you'll be at the heart of our mission—delivering essential services that help improve public safety and enhance environmental quality. Power washing is the primary function of this role, ensuring commercial properties, shopping centers, sidewalks, buildings, and parking lots are thoroughly cleaned and well-maintained.

The job responsibilities below outline the core duties and expectations of this position. Not all duties can be listed, and as business needs evolve, responsibilities may shift over time to reflect new priorities, processes, or technologies:

Core Responsibilities
  • Operate pressure washer machinery safely and effectively to clean sidewalks, buildings, dumpster pads, parking lots, and other commercial surfaces.
  • Perform detailed deep cleaning of commercial properties.
  • Set up, operate, and properly maintain pressure washing equipment.
  • Follow proper water runoff, environmental, and disposal procedures.
  • Work from ladders or lifts when required.
  • Review routes in advance, ask clarifying questions as needed, and complete assigned work on time with attention to quality.
  • Operate parking lot sweeper equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Complete required pre- and post-trip inspections.
Minimum

Job Requirements

  • Education: High School or GED
  • Experience: 1 year driving experience – waste & recycling services experience preferred
  • License: Driver’s License
  • Age: Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Compliance: Must maintain an acceptable driving record and successfully pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check, background check, DOT physical, and drug screening in accordance with Company policy and applicable law.
