Position: Construction Project Manager I
HEAPY Solutions is seeking a Construction Project Manager I (Electrical) to support project execution in our well-established Dayton market, with a primary focus on healthcare and hospital environments. This role is ideal for a project manager who enjoys hands-on coordination, strong client relationships, and managing site work in active, highly regulated facilities.

As a Construction Project Manager I, you will support and manage projects through key phases of construction - from planning and coordination through execution and closeout - with an emphasis on electrical infrastructure within mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems. Your work will directly contribute to a Superior Client Experience, strong collaboration with field and internal teams, and successful delivery of complex healthcare projects.

In this role, you'll:

* Manage day-to-day project execution and site coordination, serving as a key point of contact for clients and project partners.

* Support scope definition, schedules, budgets, and quality expectations in collaboration with senior project leaders.

* Coordinate electrical construction activities in active hospital and healthcare settings, prioritizing safety, compliance, and minimal disruption.

* Track project progress, costs, and documentation to ensure alignment with client expectations and HEAPY standards.

* Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams through clear communication and reliable execution.
