Seeking a self-driven & energized Commercial Roofing Superintendent. Command Roofing is a reputable, second-generation, commercial flat/low slope roofing company, serving the Southwest Ohio area for over 30 years! We need a Superintendent to manage and mentor our team. Our people are what makes our company great and we are looking for someone that fits within our company's culture. Our Commercial Roofing Superintendent is responsible for the daily production of the crews, and works closely with the foremans.

- Provide leadership to foremen and crews, fostering safety, teamwork and quality work - Review plans and sites, delegate crews and do all pre-job planning - Manage and coordinate job details between the field and office - Schedule materials, equipment and deliveries, paying special attention to using inventoried materials - Monitor material usage, minimize waste, anticipate shortages and order materials as needed - Manage multiple roofing projects at once, from the planning stages through completion - Work and collaborate with building owners and managers and general contractors - Conduct daily on-site inspections and provide daily guidance, when needed - Track labor hours and production against stated goals - Ensure production and quality goals are met - Ensure crews have information and instructions necessary to complete jobs - Coordinate, supervise and manage subcontractors - Represents the company in a professional manner in all dealings with customers, personnel and the public - Deliver excellent customer service, providing consistently high-quality service and results - Demonstrate willingness to be a strong leader and great team player Commercial Roofing Superintendent qualifications include:

- Must have at least 5 years' experience in low slope roofing installation & project management - Familiar with major commercial roof systems such as single ply, build up, metal and torched blown roofs.

- Be well organized, possess great multi-tasking capabilities, and be able to think on your feet and make decisions quickly.

- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.

- Comprehensive understanding of OSHA rules & regulations and commitment to a safe work environment - Exhibit exemplary leadership with all company personnel and customers - Experience assessing and preparing documentation related to operational processes.

- Physical demands: ability to easily lift 50lbs, frequently set-up & climb ladders, work on elevated roof surfaces, stand/kneel/walk for extended periods and be able to work outside in extreme weather conditions.

- Strong communication, time management and presentation skills - Must have a positive and self-driven attitude.

- Must be able to work in the US, provide a clear drug and background report, along with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record - Speak, read & understand English - fluent in Spanish would be a plus
