Position Summary
- Lead, develop and execution of growth strategies that support the academic health system’s clinical, research and academic missions
- Develop, lead and direct the strategic vision, growth and development in collaboration with key physicians and executive leaders
- Develop an enterprise‑wide approach to the market for the service lines/clinical institutes
- Identify, evaluate and prioritize new market opportunities, partnerships and acquisitions
- Conduct market analysis, competitive intelligence and financial modeling to support growth initiatives
- Ensure initiatives align with accreditation standards, reimbursement models and regulatory requirements
- Monitor industry trends, policy changes and emerging models to inform strategic decision‑making
- Drive access and volume growth
- Evaluate and drive decision‑making for new products, technologies and services that differentiate Premier
- Strengthen physician engagement and alignment through relationship building
- Lead and promote a differentiated care experience across the entire continuum
- Key responsibilities:
growth, strategy, new product identification, business development, differentiation in the market, marketing and positioning, and physician alignment - Strong Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and self‑awareness to deal with physician conflict and build consensus

Education Required:
Master’s degree

Minimum Level of Experience
Required:
7 – 10 years of job related experience
Prior job title or occupational experience:
Minimum of seven years of progressive healthcare leadership experience including financial analytics, planning, organizational cultural change, and strategy/business development
Prior specific functional responsibilities:
Two years of strategic planning experience and proven success within a multi‑hospital or multi‑site system
Preferred experience:
Prior experience in the assigned service lines preferred
