This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Dayton, OH. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing sales strategies, handling customer relations and ensuring sales goals are met. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring sales performance, training and coaching sales staff, and building strong relationships with clients. The Sales Manager will also handle inventory management and the warehouse and delivery team.

Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
