** About the Role
** The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for providing leadership and direction to a team of telephonic sales professionals toward meeting company objectives in the areas of new revenue, retention revenue, customer satisfaction and the financial growth of your regional base business.
** Responsibilities
* ** Providing leadership in sales function, and being accountable for the performance and results of multiple direct reports
* Developing strategic plans and priorities, and aligning resources as needed
* Attracting, recruiting, and retaining top talent to build a high-performance sales team
* Partnering with cross-functional leadership team, providing feedback and collaborating on segment-level initiatives
* Managing multiple professionals, setting organizational priorities, and allocating resources
* Being accountable for end results, finances, budget, and exercises control over resources, planning, and policy formulation
** Requirements
* ** Have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
* Demonstrate successful sales leadership experience in a complex solution or B2B environment
* Display seasoned leadership practices such as fostering a climate that values and rewards overall performance excellence
* Be able to travel based on customer needs
* Have a comprehensive understanding of information services industry and sales methodologies
* Have experience in working with the  CRM platform
* Be proficient with virtual delivery platforms MS Teams, Go To Meeting , Web Ex, and Skype

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $81,400 - $151,100. Total Target Cash Range: $125,300 - $232,700. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.

If performed in Ohio, the base pay range is $77,300 - $143,500, the total target cash range is $119,000 - $221,000.Pay mix between base and variable pay varies based on sales role; please discuss with the recruiter.
