Market Research and Analysis
- Conduct research on public sector market trends, procurement processes, and potential opportunities.
- Analyze competitive landscape and identify solutions and key differentiators.
- Assist in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
- Support the development and execution of strategic business development plans.
- Support building and maintaining relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and decision‑makers.
- Assist in managing existing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving issues or concerns.
- Serve as the primary CRM administrator for multiple sales verticals, ensuring platform functionality aligns with business needs.
- Configure CRM objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, workflow rules, and process automation.
- Maintain data accuracy through data entry, regular audits, and cleanup processes.
- Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, and system access.
- Ensure proper integration between the CRM application and related tools and applications (O365, Gov Win, etc.).
- Help prepare proposals, presentations, and other sales materials tailored for public sector clients.
- Support client meetings and presentations to support the sales team.
- Assist with sales, pipeline management, reporting, and forecasting.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and coordination efforts.
- Assist assigned Capture Managers in responding to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to secure public sector contracts.
- Support the preparation and submission of proposals, data calls, and deliverables within the Business to Government (B2G) and Business to Business (B2B) space.
