Looking for a hands-on role with room to grow? Mazda of Dayton is hiring Automotive Lot Technicians to join our Sales Department. This is a fantastic opportunity to get your foot in the door at our brand-new dealership and build a long-term career in the automotive industry.

As a Lot Technician, you’ll help keep our dealership running smoothly by maintaining the lot, moving vehicles, keeping customer areas tidy, fueling cars, and even clearing snow in the winter. You’ll work both inside and outside, making every day different and exciting!

What You Need to Succeed:

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stay active throughout your shift
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong work ethic and solid references
• Must be 18 years or older

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Previous experience as a Lot Technician (not required!)
• A keen eye for detail and organization
