Business Analyst & Administrative Support Specialist

This hybrid role balances strategic analysis with day-to-day administrative operations. It is ideal for a dynamic professional who thrives in a fast‑moving environment.

Responsibilities
  • Business Analysis
    Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
    Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
    Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
    Monitor KPIs and provide recommendations for performance optimization.
    Assist in project planning, tracking, and documentation.
  • Support
    Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate team engagements.
    Prepare and distribute communications, reports, and meeting minutes.
    Maintain organized records and documentation, including contracts, purchase requisitions, and project files.
    Manage general office tasks such as ordering supplies, managing correspondence, and maintaining filing systems.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and data skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and written communication skills.
  • Excellent verbal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and independently.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
