Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, analytical professional to fill a hybrid Business Analyst & Administrative Support Specialist role. This position blends strategic analysis with day‑to‑day administrative operations, ensuring smooth team functioning and reliable grid support.

Business Analysis
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • Monitor KPIs and provide recommendations for performance optimization.
  • Assist in project planning, tracking, and documentation.
Support
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate team engagements.
  • Prepare and distribute communications, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation, including contracts, purchase requisitions, and project files.
  • Handle general office tasks such as ordering supplies, managing correspondence, and maintaining filing systems.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency with financials and data.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
