Performs administrative functions as assigned by management, striving for excellence as part of an efficient team. The administrative functions include but are not limited to Driver Check In, Dock Sales, and Reception.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Reconcile driver routes; balance and run end of day reporting
- Scan checks for deposit and transmission to banking institution
- Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
- Dependable and able to work well with others
- Ability to multitask
- Complete tasks in a timely manner
- Have integrity in your work
- Highly organized with thoroughness and attention to detail
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Accounting skills (data entry, general math skills, data analysis)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Understanding of VIP a plus
Physical Requirements
- This position operates in a professional office environment and may include on-site work in a warehouse environment
- Expected hours of work are Monday through Friday during the Company’s regular business hours
- Regular, consistent attendance is required
- Dress code is business casual, closed‑toe shoe recommended
- While performing the duties of this job, employee is required to stand; balance; walk; climb stairs, sit; use hands to feel and handle objects, tools, or controls, including standard office equipment such as computers, phones, fax machines; reach with hands and arms; talk; hear; and have specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to focus
