Accounts Payable Supervisor

A company is looking for a Supervisor - Accounts Payable.

Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the Accounts Payable department, including invoice processing and vendor master activities Manage banking processes, daily payment reconciliations, and customer service inquiries Implement improvements to the accounts payable function and ensure compliance with reporting requirements

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred, or five years of Accounts Payable experience in lieu of a degree Minimum of three years of Accounts Payable experience At least two years of supervisory experience in a high-volume AP environment preferred Thorough understanding of accounts payable functions and strong knowledge of SAP and Ariba Proven experience in supervising staff and managing processes
