Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and record timely and accurate journal entries related to payroll Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations for all payroll-related accounts Assist with month-end close processes and provide detailed variance analysis
Required Qualifications:
Extensive knowledge and experience in payroll accounting Proficiency in Accounting ERP systems, preferably Oracle R12 Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Vlookups, pivot tables) Experience in technology or high-growth companies operating in a SOX environment CPA/CA certification or pathway is highly regarded, along with Big 4 accounting firm experience
