Accounting Clerk

Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday (Potential for full-time), first/second/third Shift, 8:00-5:00 PM
Pay Rate:Up To $15 /hr
Location: Dayton, OH 45459
Experience: Entry level, 1-2 years, 5+ Years

Accounting Clerk Job Responsibilities and Requirements to include:

• Process Accounts Payable
• Initiate check run process
• Match invoices to purchase orders
• Work in a team environment
• Provide financial, administrative and clerical services
• Process and monitor payments
• Prepare and monitor the AR system
• Perform reconciliations and provide resolution on accounts with disputed balances
• Set up new accounts
• Computer Skills, including the ability to operate computerized accounting programs, MS Office Products, & Email
