Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Receivable Specialist, located in Dayton, OH. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will oversee monitoring and managing accounts receivable, invoicing clients, and maintaining accurate financial records. Responsibilities include processing payments, managing overdue accounts, performing debt collection activities, reconciling accounts, and maintaining consistent communication with clients to address billing inquiries. The role also involves generating reports and assisting in developing effective receivables strategies.
Qualifications- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate account activity and financial data
- Experience in Finance with knowledge in account reconciliation and invoicing
- Proficiency in Debt Collection practices and procedures
- Excellent Communication skills for client interactions and correspondence
- Familiarity with accounting software system Quick Books
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Must be able to work on site in Middletown OH
