All about Target. Working at Target means helping families discover the joy of everyday life. This on-demand role allows you to work as much or as little as you like, with shifts posted by store leaders or team members. Scheduling is flexible via the myTime mobile app. Attendance and active engagement are required, including picking up shifts at least once every 4 weeks and responding to contact attempts.

• Not included on the posted weekly schedule; create your own schedule by picking up shifts.
• Attend Target Welcome orientation and complete a short-term training schedule if offered a position as an On-Demand TM.
• MyTime app is used to pick up shifts.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and responsive to contact attempts. If no shifts are worked within 5 months, employment may be terminated.

• Demonstrate a service culture prioritizing the guest experience.
• Greet guests, engage helpfully, and solve guest needs; be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services.
• Assist with cashier duties, scan and bag items accurately, and adhere to food safety standards.
• Support order pick up, drive-up, and registry guests; maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Promote Target Loyalty benefits and assist with enrollment as needed.
• Understand and explain Target Wallet and Target App features; direct guests to use fulfillment services.
• Handle returns per policy; de-escalate situations with leaders as needed.
• Maintain compliance with safety policies and report hazards.
• Assist with cash office processes as needed.
• Other duties based on business needs.

• Excellent guest interaction and problem-solving skills; adaptable to various guest situations.
• Comfort with a fast-paced, physical role; flexible to varying hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills; comfortable with multiple devices and handheld scanners.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to lift up to 44 pounds and lift/move merchandise with or without assistance as needed.
