The company was founded in 1978 and develops real estate and owns and operates gas stations with convenience stores and car washes. Loop Neighborhood Market also has a wholesale division that delivers fuel to dealer locations in the market.
Position SummaryLoop Neighborhood Market is an industry leader looking for passionate, customer-focused individuals to help us redefine the c‑store experience. We are seeking Team Members at all levels (including entry level) who enjoy interacting with customers and making a difference in the community. This role offers full‑time and part‑time opportunities across all three shifts, providing flexibility to fit your lifestyle. Our Team Members are responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the station during their shift, contributing to store profitability and guaranteeing outstanding customer experiences.

- Manage the cash register throughout the shift, ensuring balances and customers receive fast, accurate service.
- Stock products on shelves and maintain a clean, professional store environment.
- Provide prompt, courteous customer service to store customers, vendors, and staff.
- Maintain a clean, customer‑friendly environment inside the store and on surrounding property.
- Troubleshoot and resolve car wash related issues as needed.
- Prepare shift reports at the end of shifts per company guidelines.
- Cross‑sell and upsell store products to assist in increasing sales.
- Escalate all high‑priority issues to the immediate manager.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed.
- Effective verbal and written communication with management.
- Proficiency in reading, understanding, and writing in English.
- Basic math skills, including accurate cash handling.
- Ability to validate tobacco or alcohol sales (as required).
- Can lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders as needed.
- Remain calm and respond to emergencies according to company policies.
- Tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.
- Adapt to various temperature environments (coolers, outdoors, station).
- Employees with 6 months to 3 years: 0.10 cents off a gallon of fuel.
- Employees with 3 to 5 years: 0.30 cents off a gallon of fuel.
- Employees with 5+ years: 0.40 cents off a gallon of fuel.
- Maximum 20 gallons and 2 fill ups per week.
- Must be 18+ years old to work 1st and 2nd shift.
- Minimum 21 years old to work 3rd shift.

Salary Description$17.55 – $19.00 per hour
