Assistant Dining Room Manager

Overview

University Retirement Community’s premier upscale senior living community is seeking an experienced Assistant Dining Room Manager with a minimum of 2‑4 years of experience in dining room management or equivalent roles to help lead our front‑of‑house team in our fine‑dining restaurant, upscale casual Bistro, and/or catering program. Table‑side service, lead trainer, or supervisor experience is a plus.

We are not a nursing home or typical retirement community. Compensation: $70,304 - $73,600 / annually DOE

Work Schedule:
Wednesday - Sunday; 1:00pm - 9:00pm
