What You'll Be Doing

* Assist with inspections, maintenance, and repairs of plant equipment and machinery

* Learn to troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform preventative maintenance

* Support senior mechanics in daily operations and emergency repairs

* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status

* Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment

What Are We Looking For

* Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

* Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment

* Basic understanding of tools and mechanical systems

* Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills

* Commitment to safety and continuous improvement

Conditions of Employment

* Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check

* Work Environment

* Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
