About Us: Yolo Cares is the region’s oldest and most reputable nonprofit hospice provider, consistently ranking in the top 1% of hospice providers for quality nationally and in California. Guided by our mission to ensure that every patient, every family, every time receives world‑class end‑of‑life care, Yolo Cares delivers compassionate, high‑quality services to individuals and families across the region. Joshua’s House is the West Coast's first home for individuals with terminal illness who are at risk of homelessness.
