About KEL USAKEL USA is the U.S. subsidiary of KEL Corporation, a Japan-based leading manufacturer of high-performance electronic connectors used in industrial, medical, and automotive applications.
As a growing startup subsidiary, we work closely with our Japanese team while expanding our presence in the U.S. market. This role offers hands‑on exposure to international business, engineering‑focused B2B sales, and digital marketing strategy.

What You’ll Do- Support B2B lead generation and customer outreach
- Manage distributor site (e.g., Digi Key experience is a plus)
- Manage and grow Linked In and brand presence
- Manage Word Press website (updates, landing pages, content)
- Collaborate with web developer on improvements
- Analyze website performance and recommend optimizations
- Create marketing materials using Canva and Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop
- Develop digital campaigns and email marketing content
- Will work directly with our Japanese manager and collaborate closely with our web developer and distributor partners.
- Assist Japanese expatriate manager with coordination and communication
- Manage internal projects and timelines
- Help organize trade show logistics and vendor coordination
- 2–3+ years of professional experience (B2B preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sales, Finance, or related field
- Experience managing Word Press websites
- Familiar with Google Analytics/Ads & SEO fundamentals
- Comfortable in a startup environment
- Experience working with distributors is a plus
- Interest in web development or coding preferred
- Knowledge or experience in B2B industries and technical products is a plus
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating in a start up work environment
- Someone adaptable and flexible
