Excellent project manager position for commercial properties in Davie, FL.

Annual Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Obtain necessary permits, approvals, and other regulatory prerequisites
• Draft and submit budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
• Manage costs in order to meet budget
• Ensure work is done in compliance with all relevant building and safety codes
• Select and manage subcontractor and supplier relationships
• Coordinate efforts across entire project between architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors
• Manage construction schedule and activities

Experience and Skills:

• 5-7 years of experience with construction project management
• Project size experience 500K to 4M.
• Commercially astute with good negotiation skills
• Excellent people person and great communicator, both client facing and team based
