Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple commercial franchise buildouts simultaneously. This is a unique opportunity to manage the entire project lifecycle from start to finish
—from preconstruction planning and permitting through close-out. The right candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident in balancing multiple fast-paced projects at once.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and closeout.
• Oversee multiple franchise restaurant buildouts at the same time.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Review contracts, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor construction progress, schedules, and budgets; proactively resolve issues.
• Ensure projects meet all franchise brand standards, local codes, and company quality expectations.
• Provide regular updates and reporting to ownership and stakeholders.
• Lead on-site meetings, inspections, and punch lists to deliver successful turnover.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Experience with franchise/restaurant, retail, or multi-site construction highly desirable.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across different locations.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
