Extended Stay - - Responsibilities:
Respond to guest requests with diligent follow-through and as directed by management;
Perform out-of-room cleaning and maintain pristine premises including interior/exterior areas;
Perform repairs listed on work orders and complete in a timely fashion;
Complete preventative maintenance inspections and repairs and follow Green Shield Binder guidelines;
Maintain records and logs for inspections, deficiencies, and safety equipment
